Good Evening everyone, thank you for supporting CoVision. Denial of unvaxxed blood transfusions, denial of ability to choose our own donors for blood transfusions, denial of solid organ transplants unless we abdicate to vaccine and medication requirements, denial of life saving surgery and so on. It is vexing indeed the times we are living in and despite legal challenges being mounted, we must come together and come up with viable solutions. At our CoVision health hubs we are doing just that and establishing the ground work to build relationships and networks based on trust. If you are a practitioner and healer that can offer the community solutions please join here:

It is important that you are all aware of the history of Western medicine and the role of eugenics in its development. Children were experimented on for a long time in highly traumatic and cruel experiments. Along with prisoners and patients in mental health asylums. We must understand the history that has brought us here.

We need to change the very language of medicine and start dealing with each other in love and empathy.

Attached is some critical information on the history of child experimentation:

And more cases denied for transplants globally:

It begs the question- who truly is heartless?

We are delighted and grateful for the wonderful input from all of the healers and practitioners who attended our Health Conference / Cross Training Workshop from 7-11 November 2022.

We have now appointed a team to drive this project to achieving its outcomes!

The main tasks of this project are:

• Urgent Health Advocacy Support
• Continued Knowledge Development
• First Responder Kits & Training

With the wealth of knowledge shared at our recent Health Conference, we are excited to begin assembling our CoVision Resources and References to assist our Health Hubs to best support our community. These resources will build through our fortnightly case study circles and continued cross training.

Congratulations to the wider CoVision community for our collective efforts in making this happen, what a month it has been!

If you are interested in offering your financial support towards our new Health Hub Team & Resource Development, please get in touch!

KOMBUCHA RECIPE:
You will need:
·       1 Kombucha Scoby*
·       100ml mother tea
·       1 litre of boiling water
·       2 organic black tea bags
·       ¼ cup of organic raw sugar
·       1 Large Glass jar
·       1 Cotton muslin cloth
·       1 rubber band

Method 1. In a large saucepan, bring water to boil and then add 2 tea bags & ¼ cup of sugar 2. Brew the tea for 15 minutes then remove tea bags 3. Cool tea to room temperature 4. Pour cooled tea into a large glass jar 5. Pour in the mother tea 6. Add in the Kombucha Scoby 7. Cover top of jar with muslin cloth and secure with rubber band 8. Move your jar to a dark, warm place for culturing to work (ideally 22-26c) 9. Leave at room temperature and do not move for 7 to 14 days.
After 7 days, check your brew by tasting it. If the scoby has grown to the full diameter of the jar, your brew has worked. If the kombucha tastes good, it is ready!
Culturing period for Kombucha depends on your taste. Longer culturing time will make the Kombucha more sour, in fact it will eventually turn to vinegar if left for many weeks or even months.

SCOBY is an acronym for Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria & Yeast. Every batch produces a whole new scoby…. If anyone has scobies to share, please comment below!

Let’s share the love 💛🧡

KOMBUCHA TEA
Health benefits attributed to Kombucha tea are so extensive, and with the cost being so minimal, it’s a no brainer to include it in our food prep, especially with the weather warming up.
Kombucha stimulates the immune system, clears candida, eases chronic fatigue and improves liver function & digestion. It contains B vitamins and is widely recognised as an effective chelator that removes heavy metals and a wide range of other toxins from your body.

So let’s make some!

See the next post for recipe…

MAKE, BAKE OR GROW
Other ways to contribute to our coop is if you are already self sufficient but have excesses of produce, you will be able to supply the group. Similarly, if you make products such as cheese or yoghurt or specialty baked items, again there will be opportunities to supply the coop under our unique system.

Of course, participation is not mandatory, but it is hoped that members who are already self sufficient will supplement their needs from our offerings, whilst contributing as a supplier along the lines outlined above.

Wherever possible, we will collaborate & share.

The first step is to join us at CoVision!

COOP EXAMPLE: EGG FARM
Here’s an example of how our Food Coops will work:

Paola, of Tall Poppy Farms, is hoping to exclusively distribute her biodynamic eggs through our food coop. Her farm produces the highest quality eggs as she does not feed her chickens soy (which is a GMO hormone disruptor).  Her chicken coops are rotated around her farm, meaning the chickens get to roam and sleep in new spaces, which also rejuvenates & fertilises the land. Furthermore Paola has offered 6 steers to the group in order to meet next season's meat requirements, which further helps guarantee food supplies.

By collectively purchasing all of Paola's beautiful produce, we are not only helping Paola, but we are ensuring ongoing supply for our group.

Win Win! 🙌

🧡💛

FOOD COOP
Guaranteed food security is a key goal of CoVision, which is why we are establishing our own unique Food Coop. Our Coop will be different from others because we are structuring it to support the farmers and producers we have amongst our own community first, including community members who own land and are converting some of it to food production for CoVision. For this reason, we are seeking support from within our own community to bring this to fruition.

By getting behind our small farmers within our own large coops, we will ensure that we reward the farmers directly, whilst we all benefit from their wonderful produce.  It is the intention that each of us will contribute in some way, be it volunteering at our local farms, packing boxes, picking up / delivering orders, or simply pre-paying for supplies ahead of time.
There will also be opportunities for CoVisionaries to supply us with prepared products such as cheese, fermented foods, etc.

This is a very empowering structure and it means you get to plan ahead of time and ensure that you get the highest quality foods from farm to plate without a middle person because the middle person is effectively US!

We will soon release a draft proposal outlining how we will achieve the food coop including:
- our own food plot contributions
- rostering for pick ups, pack ups & deliveries
- small farmers inputs for products we cannot produce
- costs of initial set ups
- transportation options

We are ensuring that all supplies are of the highest and most ethical quality, with an emphasis on biodynamic farming practises for reasons we will explain another time.

The first Coop will begin in Victoria very soon!

If you’d like to be part of this revolutionary food coop please join CoVision here: https://www.covision.com.au/covision-appraisal

Existing members wishing to be part of our COOP brainstorming sessions, please read and reply to our email of 18 November 2022.

Your participation and contribution to this project is pivotal, it's important and it's going to be a lot of fun working together to create our own, decentralised community food supply!!

I don’t believe this is what Victorians wanted
But a win for the liberals or even the freedom party would have eventually been rail roaded by the globalists

This is simply moving us to the next stage uncomfortably quickly

Time to take action 🧡💛

Election results are in, Victorians have spoken, or perhaps the whole thing was rigged? Either way, the show continues and we need to create community together.

We continue ahead to provide solutions to guarantee shelter, food, water, health and education for in anyone interested in joining us with positivity, love and forgiveness.

The following CoVision volunteers have committed weeks and weeks into doing up this gorgeous gifted caravan from Anissa to one of our homeless:

Hunter: carpentry chief
Fabian: cabinet making and all round master handyman
Stu: welder extraordinaire
Rocco: sexy sparky
Karl: handyman support
Ancika: amazing painter
Serene: assistant painter
Sue: artistic designer

Let’s work together to create something so beautiful and inspiring!

Hello lovely CoVisionaries, you are invited to join (a family friendly event), the launch of the singing studio business this Sunday 27th November from 2 to 4pm, our amazing singer and teacher Jo. I am keen on getting lessons. It will be in Doncaster East Baptist Church Tunstall Road Donvale. RSVP to me Serene by noon tomorrow on 0425754299.

WHAT IS A COVISIONARY?
Members who have joined CoVision become custodians of the community goals, and they both give & receive from the collective activities!

First step is to have an Appraisal with one of our team in order to determine your vision, including any obstacles you currently have, along with your talents and skills and availability of time.

Once the Appraisal is completed, you will have access to resources to assist you with employment, health care, companionship, food, education, housing, services and everything in between!

CoVisionaries may join as individuals or as part of a family household.

Together we can create an extraordinary New Earth 🌏
And have a whole lot of fun doing it 🙌

The CoVision telegram channel exists for two reasons:
1- to inform existing members about upcoming projects & events
2- to raise interest / invite members of the public who may be interested to join us.

We now have a wonderful group of movers and shakers who are quickly establishing the fundamental goals of the collaborative, as follows:
1- Establishing a food hub that is supported by wonderful rural property owners who are offering and converting their plots of land to biodynamic farming. These farms are gearing up to provide fruits & vegetables to support the group’s food needs, whilst we also have support from smaller ethical farmers of meats, dairy and eggs.
2- Establishing health hubs and support groups that will roll out first responders kits and workshops to help us learn and support ourselves when health becomes a priority. We are also looking at growing our own plants for plant medicines and tinctures.
3- Establishing education and schooling hubs where we can share the talents and skills of the group with our youngest members.
4- Establishing food storage hubs and learning survival skills.

We welcome new members from all over Australia.
