TERMS AND CONDITIONSCLAUSE I: GENERAL RULES.
• Subscribe to
@EnglishFess.
• Please ensure that the format has been filled correctly to avoid any form of misconception between the buyer and the admins. Sending your format means you have fully understand and agree to our terms and conditions.
• Roleplayers are prohibited to purchase any of our services.
• Booking slots are available per month.
• An honest review is mandatory. If we don’t receive any feedback within 2x24 hours, you’ll be blacklisted from booking another slot from our upcoming celebration ads.
CLAUSE II: WORDING & MEDIA.
• Please provide your own materials (wording and/or media). Using English in both your wording and media are mandatory.
• Materials provided by the buyer must be sent after your slot is fixed. All materials must be submitted maximum D-1 of the booked date within the admins working hours (10:00 AM - 22:00 PM GMT+7).
(E.g: if you book a slot at 31st May, all the materials must be sent at 30th May).
• Any changes regarding the content of the celebration ad must be informed as soon as possible to
@EngFessPPBot.
• We highly encourage you to minimize the usage and mention of artist, songs, music labels, shows, etc., that is or allegedly affiliated with Zionist and Zionism.
CLAUSE III: PAYMENT & REFUND.
• Payment is made in advance through QRIS. A screenshot of the proof is mandatory.
• Refunds are only acceptable if
@EnglishFess is at fault (including delays, negligences).
