علي سبيل المثال تاكل شي غير صحي بمقابل تحصل علي المتعة قصيرة المدي لكن عواقبها طويلة المدى
او مثلا كانك تقعد سمين و كئيب او انك تبدا رياضة و تستمر بي الحمية الرياضية الصحية بلرغم من كونها مرهقه و لا لية خاطر انك تمارسها لكن مستقبلا سوف تمتلك الصحة وجسم فخور بية وتكون سعيد ~
