Refunds on Fansly exist. There are two articles on this topic in the TOS:

Generally, our standard policy is that purchases and/or fees associated with your account are final and non-refundable. However, we reserve the right to review any refund requests and, where appropriate, issue refunds at our discretion. If you have any questions regarding refunds, please contact us at support@fansly.com.
What does this mean for us? I asked sap how much time the creator has before a memeber can file for a refund for a castom they didn't receive (unless they negotiated an extension with the creator). We have 14 days

Since you purchased and accessed the content, we cannot offer you a refund.
What does that mean to us?
It means that if a member has purchased content, a subscription, he has accessed the content. And if for any reason he was not satisfied with it, the site will not refund him.
➡️➡️ Your funds are blocked, the member has filed for a refund for a custom or video call that he did not receive. And you are honest.... You sent him everything, there was a call.
➡️ to avoid this, attach any custom in a dialog with a member.
➡️ when you make a video call, it is obligatory to screen his nickname in chat (when you ask him to give a nickname Snapchat, Telegram) and the call itself, that the member called you.
➡️ What to do if you work with forbidden content or just sent it to the mail at the request of a member?
➡️ keep the sources and don't delete them! No space to store on disk or in the cloud? Get yourself a left tg account, create a private channel and upload your sources to tg.
If the funds are frozen, you can provide tech support with proof that the member received his content.
➡️ so far support is not really digging about the exchange of personal data (we remember, right? Exchange of mail and so on is forbidden. You can only under videocall). But that could stop at any time. In order to safely get a member's mail under cast, you can initiate a video stake in tg (screenshot from the site that gave your contact) conditionally for 1$. After the member goes to tg and emails you, take a screenshot that you got the mail.
😏 I'm just asking for now to take a picture of the mail and attach it to the dialog.
🫶 If you have sources, all screenshots, etc to prove that you are clean as a whistle, your blocked funds will soon be in your possession.
Yes. Claims are there when a member got a videocall or custom and then requested a refund that the creator allegedly skunked him.
