The Beta versions of Telegram for Android and iOS now include spoilers that hide photos and videos.
Clicking on a hidden picture or clip behind a spoiler allows you to see the hidden information.
You can hide selected media files behind a spoiler by clicking on the triple dot in the attachment selection pop-up and selecting the appropriate item.
