The video is glitchy, but the main point is the Saskatoon Correctional Facility is discriminating against Jeremy as he refused the Covid19 PCR test that is coated in carcinogenic ethylene oxide. This is a violation of the Genetic Non-Discrimination Act. It is important to note that Saskatoon no longer has Covid mandates in play for provincial correctional facilities.
Segregation was abolished in 2019 and replaced with SIU’s via Bill C-83. According to the assented bill, inmates are to be offered a minimum of 4hrs outside of their cells with a minimum of 2hrs of human contact - not 2x 15min cell breaks Jer is currently receiving. Anything less is now considered torture by the UN. We have both been denied this right during our recent incarcerations and will proceed with legal action against the provinces of NS and SK. He currently held in a dry cell with no water or toilet.
I will provide an update when I receive a call back from the Alpha Unit 2 team leader, Laurie Jacobson.
