I asked my attorney, Warren Norred to put X Corp. on notice with a cease & desist letter regarding issues of rampant censorship, egregious and false labeling of my account through the algorithm, blatant showdowbanning of my account, and borderline fraudulent practices. 🚨🚨🚨

"Mr. Sabal believes that X has throttled or "shadowbanned" his account heavily for many months. He has reached out to X Premium Customer Service and posted about the issue, tagging Elon Musk, and X CEO, Linda Yaccarino, among other X employees. He has received no response."

"As evidenced in the above results, some particularly egregious and false labels have been attached to Mr. Sabal and his profile, such as, "state media", "abusive", "spammer", and "low quality". One could infer that the purpose of this labeling is to make sure that Mr. Sabal's content is purposefully not seen and that his account is not properly boosted."

Also, X has not addressed my request for Subscription services, despite me reaching out to "customer service" MANY times over a two year time span with absolutely no response.

Given that X is a service that we PAY for to the tune of $30 a month for "Premium+", to not even receive an answer regarding basic inquiries is unacceptable. This has gone on long enough.

"A second issue of great concern to my client is that he has been seemingly barred from participating in the X Subscriptions Program. Mr. Sabal applied for the program when it was first made available over two years ago. It has been in a "Pending" status since that time. Again, Mr, Sabal contacted X Premium Customer Service on multiple occasions about this issue, and again received no response. More recently, Mr. Sabal saw that the application he initially submitted was no longer valid, with no prompt as to why. Mr. Sabal re-applied at that time, and still has not seen a response. This obstruction has prevented my client, whether deliberately or not, from being able to monetize his platform on X."

"My client has thoroughly enjoyed using the X platform and wishes to continue doing so unabated, and with full visibility, as one should be able to expect when paying for a “Premium+” tier service. He should also be able to participate in the “Subscriptions” program, like so many of his counterparts do. Mr. Sabal has over 144,000 loyal followers, has never broken the X Terms of Service (TOS), nor has he ever received a warning about the nature of his content."

My hope through this is that X will see how this oppressive algorithm, or whomever is behind it, is really setting up X for a series of massive class action lawsuits as people are paying for a service that is not being received or rendered properly.

X NEEDS to stop the censorship of its members NOW if it is marketing itself as a true "free speech" platform.

This affects ALL of us on the X platform.

We are NOT paying X to be endlessly censored.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

Why the hell is the FDA under Trump approving use of an mRNA "bird flu" vax for chickens?!
