An IPSOS survey, conducted on the same cohort of almost 16k voters at the end of January and at the start of June, found that 32% of people who initially said they would vote Conservative had since changed their minds.
Reform was the biggest share winner of former Tory backers, with Labour second – although 9% stated they would not be voting at all.
