Our final infographic to show just how people have tomatoes on the eyes and act like sheeps. Our comment to Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics "Position of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics: Vegetarian Diets" which quality is far lower to guidelines etc. released by many others!
Yes, sure, protein intake can be reached in people wo check that correctly, but
1) people are not bodybuilders tracking all what they eat or planing all that before
2) the evidence is fair away compared to what they write by considering almost just books and studies published 20-30+ years ago
3) don't forget elderly and other people. Almost all your cited studies ignored them! and they even ignored males for example!
4) check new published data! and don't continue to cite old data like what happened with spinach and iron ...
5) start to verify what you cite, instead of just reading the conclusion, abstract or without even reading that (means you cite a paper, but you don't check if the paper is writing bullshit, so you don't check the citation in the citation!). So don't act like sheeps believing every shit you read!
6) 5 portion fruits and vegetables is the best example. EVERYONE KNOW THAT, just think "Früchte- und Gemüsekonsum in der Schweiz 2014/15" 12,8 % verzehren täglich 5 und mehr Portionen, 27,1 % zwischen 3 bis 4 Portionen
7) check all previous posts ... where we wrote much more
8) do you know that by writing such bullshit you increase the pro vegan fake propaganda ... is this your goal, if then people don't get enough protein. If something still need to be searched properly (like many new studies are saying), instead of writing bullshit, write facts in details.
9) without considering clinical nutrition, where all that is much more complex ....
Just writing "when caloric intakes are adequate" is not enough (and still bullshit, because all cited studies are not saying that with high quality)
