its okay to let yourself feel everything you're feeling.if you're feeling sad, let yourself cry.
if you're feeling hurt, its okay to want to be alone.
if you're feeling heartbroken, its okay to be sad.
if you're feeling mad, go ahead and work out your anger.
if you're feeling frustrated, please vent as loud as you need to.
if you're feeling rejected, embrace and accept being looked over.
just make sure you let yourself feel. you're not a robot and how else do you expect to get over anything if you pretend you dont have feelings.
