_Sayyiduna Anas ibn Malik رضي الله عنه reported that Rasulullah صلى الله عليه وسلم said:_

*“Certainly Allah Ta’ala has certain special servants.” They asked, ‘Who are they O Messenger of Allah?’ He replied, ‘They are the people of the Quran; They are the people of the Quran and His special servants.'”*

*_(Sunan Ibn Majah, Hadith: 215)_*

_Hakim Tirmidhi رحمه الله تعالى explains,_

“A person who recites the Quran will only attain this bounty of being the special close ones to Allah, when he purifies himself of all sins, and beautifies himself with obedience of Allah. How can a person who disobeys Allah ever attain this status?”

Ye Naraazgi Mahez Ek Baat Ki Wajah Se Hai Ke Ek Baat Aisi Kahi Jo Jahannum Mein Le Jane Ka Sabab Ban Gayi, Ke Jis Ki Wajah Se Allah Taala Us Se Naraaz Ho Gaya, Jis Se Maalum Hua Ke Bolne Mein Intehayi Ehtiyaat Ka Muzahera Karna Chaahiye,
Jahan Zarurat Ho Bola Jaye Lekin Jahan Zarurat Na Ho, Bolne Se Qat'an Gurez Kiya Jaye,

Aur Allah Ke Nek Aur Saaleh Bande Hamesha Bolne Mein Ehtiyaat Se Kaam Lete Hain, Aur Fuzool Bahesh Wa Takraar Mein Apne Waqt Ko Zaya Nahin Karte,

Is Aayat Par Gour Farmayen Ke Allah Ke Bande Jaahilon Se Fuzool Bahesh Wa Takraar Nahin Karte, Balke Sharifana Andaaz Mein Salaam Kar Ke Chale Jate Hain.

Lihaaza Koshish Karni Chaahiye Ke Fuzool Bahesh Wa Takraar Mein Apna Waqt Zaaya Na Karen.

Jo ilmee Bahesh Ho Deeni Masaail Ki Tahqeeq Ke Liye Bahesh Wa Takraar Karna, Ye Bahesh Wa Takraar Intehaayi Mubarak Hogi,

Jab Ke Bahesh Karne Ka Maqsad Sahih Baat Tak Pahunchna Ho, Is Ke Bar-Khilaaf Bahesh Karne Mein Koyi Fayeda Nahin Hai, Balke Nuqsaan Hi Nuqsaan Hai.










*IS IT PERMISSIBLE TO EAT WHILE STANDING?*

*QUESTION:*
What is the evidence (hadees or quran ayats) about eat food compulsory in sitting position?

*ANSWER:*
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

Almighty Allāh Taʿālā says,

"لَّقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ..." – سورة الأحزاب، الآية: ٢١

Translation: “There is certainly an excellent model in the messenger of Allāh...” [al-Ahzāb 33:21]

Every aspect of the life of the messenger of Allāh (ṣallallāhuʿalaihi wa sallam) is a model for us to follow. It was from the noble habit of the messenger of Allāh (ṣallallāhuʿalaihi wa sallam) to sit down and eat. See the following Ḥadith,

وعن أنس عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه نهى أَنْ يَشْرَبَ الرَّجُلُ قَائِمًا, فَقِيلَ: الأَكْلُ؟ قَالَ: ذَاكَ أَشَدُّ.." رواه الترمذي

Translation: “It is reported that the messenger of Allāh (ṣallallāhuʿalaihi wa sallam) prohibited people from standing and drinking. He was then asked, (As for) eating (while standing)? He said, ‘that is worse’.”

According to research, we understand there are many medical benefits on practicing the sunnah of sitting and eating. Hereunder are some benefits,
1) Sitting and eating aids digestion
2) Promotes weight loss
3) Keeps the knee and hip joints healthy
4) Improves circulation
5) Improves flexibility

And Allah Ta’āla Knows Best




🏮 *120 MUKHTASAR HADEES*

BISMILLAH

3⃣1⃣ *Sifarish karo (jaaez kaam kay liye) tumhe ajar milega.*(sahi muslim 2627).📚

3⃣2⃣ *Har roz subah saveray do farishte zameen par utarte hain in may say ek Allah ta’ala say dua karta hai kay aye Allah jo teri rah may kharch kare usay mazeed rizq ata farma aur doosra ye dua karta hai kay aye Allah jo teri rah may kharch na kare us kay maal ko tabah va barbaad kar de* (sahi bukhaari 1442).📚

3⃣3⃣ *Jo shaks Allah ta’la aur aakhirat ke din par emaan rakhta hai usay chahiye ki apnay mahmaan ki ezzat kare.* (sahi bukhaari 6138)📚

3⃣4⃣ *Allah ki qasam ! vo emaandaar nahi, Allah ki qasam ! vo emaandaar nahi, Allah ki qasam ! vo emaandaar nahi. arz kiya gaya : Allah kay Rasool sallAllahu alaihi wasallam Wo koun hai ? Aap(sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) ne ershaad farmaya: vo shaqs jis ki shararaton say us ka hamsaaya mahfooz na ho*(sahi bukhaari 6016).📚

3⃣5⃣ *Aadmi apnay dost kay deen aur aklaaq par hota hai, isliye tum may say (har) ek ko dekhna chahiye kay vo kis say dosti karraha hai*.(jaamiya tirmizi 2378)📚

3⃣6⃣ *Ek dihaati nay Allah kay Rasool(sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) say poocha: Allah kay Rasool (sallAllahu alaihi wasallam): qiyamat kab aayegi. Aap(sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) nay ershaad farmaaya: tum nay qiyamat kay liye kya tayyari kar rakhi hai? Us nay arz kiya kay Allah aur us kay Rasool(sallAllahu alaihi wasallam) ki mohabbat. ershaad farmaaya kay qiyamat kay roz tum us kay saath hoge jissay tumhe mohabbat hai*

3⃣7⃣ *Aadmi (qiyamat kay din) usee kay saath hoga jissay usnay (dunya may) mohabbat ki* (sahi bukhaari 6168).📚

3⃣8⃣ *Sayyadna Maaz Bin jabal r.a. kehte hain kay Allah kay Rasool sallAllahu alaihi wasallam nay mera haath pakda aur ershaad farmaya: Maaz! Allah ki qasam ! mujhey tum say mohabbat hai. phir ershaad farmaya: Maaz mai tumhe nasihat karta hoon kay har namaaz kay baad ye alfaaz kehna kabhi na chodna : aye Allah tu meri madad farma kay mai Tera zikr Tera shukr aur Teri ebaadat umda andaaz say kar sakon.* (sunan abi dawood 1522).📚

3⃣9⃣ *Teen cheeze mayyit kay peechay jaati hai. Do(qabarastaan say) vaapas aajati hai aur ek us kay saath hi rahti hai. Us kay peechay us kay gharwaaley, maal va daulat aur aamaal jaate hain phir gharwaale aur maal va daulat vaapas aajaate hain aur us ka amal(us kay saath) baaqi rahta hai.*(sahi bukhaari 6514).📚

4⃣0⃣ *Dunya momin ka khaid khaana aur kaafir ki jannat hai* (sahi muslim 2956).📚

*Kya talaaq dene se Allah ﷻ ka Arsh kaanpne lagta hai?*

ANSWER ✍

*Is silsile mein ek Hadees bayan ki jaati hai lekin woh Hadees Mauzoo’ aur MANGHADAT HAI, SAHIH NAHI HAI.*

Woh Hadees is tarah se hai,👇
’Ali bin Abi Talib Radhiallahu Anhu bayan karte hain ki Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ ne farmaya:
ﻻَ ﺗُﻄَﻠِّﻘُﻮا ﻓَﺈِﻥَّ اﻟﻄَّﻼﻕَ يَهتَزُّ ﻣﻨﻪ العَرشُ​
Talaaq mat do, kiunki talaaq dene se Allah ka Arsh kaanpne lagta hai.
Isey Ibn-e-Adi ne “Al-Kamil (5/112)” mein aur Khateeb Baghdadi ne “Tareekh-e-Baghdad (12/191)” mein aur Ibn-ul-Jawzi ne “Al-Mauzoo’aat (2/277)” mein riwayat kiya hai. Is Hadees ki sanad yeh hai:
عمرو بنِ جُمَيع عن جُوَيبرٍ عن الضَّحّاكِ عن النزَّال بنِ سبرةَ عن عليِّ بنِ أبي طالبٍ رضيَ الله عنه​

Ibn-ul-Jawzi Rahimahullah kehte hain:
“Yeh Hadees MAUZOO’ hai... ’Amr bin Jumay’ mashhoor rawiyon se Munkar aur Mauzoo’ Ahadees riwayat karta hai.”

Aksar Ulama ne is Hadees par ZA’EEF aur MAUZOO’ hone ka hukm lagaaya hai jin mein se ba’z ahl-e-ilm zail mein bayan kiye jaate hain.

Khateeb Baghdadi ne “Tareekh-e-Baghdad (12/187)” mein, Ibn-ul-Qaysraani ne “Zakheerat-ul-Huffaaz (2/1147)” mein, Imam Sakhawi ne “Al-Maqasid-ul-Hasanah (31)” mein, Imam Shawkani ne “Al-Fawaid Al-Majmoo’ah (139)” mein, Imam San’aani aur Al-’Ajalooni ne “Kashf-ul-Khafa (1/361)” mein aur Allamah Albani Rahimahullah ne “Silsilat-ul-Ahaadees Az-ZA’EEFAH Wal-Mauzoo’ah (1/278), Hadees No (147)” mein.

👆Is Hadees ke ZAEEF aur MAUZOO’ hone ka yeh matlab nahi ki talaaq jaaiz hai, aur Allah ﷻ usey na-pasand nahi karta balki Allah ﷻ ko talaaq na-pasand aur Makrooh hai, aur sirf zaroorat ke waqt hi talaaq dena jaaiz hai, is liye kisi bhi shakhs ke liye jaaiz nahi ki woh baghair kisi jaaiz sabab ke apni biwi ko talaaq de.




A questioner asked Sheikh Albani,

Questioner: our shaikh, a lot of women prayed jammah without putting socks but rather they prayed with thier legs opened.

Sheikh Albani: whether the went to masjid or not even thier salat at home without socks is nonsense.

Questioner: Shaikh even at home!

Shaikh: even at home let alone masjid
Questioner: what about if her clothes covers both her legs

Sheikh: it's very rare for u to see females dress that covers her legs but if that happens then her salat is correct. For example a woman putting on Abaya that covers her both leg completely. That's what shariah required of them either praying at home or in the masjid. But to be candid it's very rare to see woman putting on such long clothes these days.

Questioner : shaikh does socks covers the awrah shariatically .

Shaikh: it covers and it does not cover , it covers the colour but not the shape. Part of the conditions of clothing in Islam is that it must cover nakedness as stipulated by shariah even for men fa , more deserving of it is women, thier clothing must neither show their colour or shape. A cloth will not be referred to as shariahs cloth until it fulfil this two conditions.

Questioner: does socks covers the shape
Shaikh: to be sincere it shows the shape.

Questioner: then how do female covers thier leg during prayer.

Shaikh: already I told u that socks covers and does not covers and I think I explain how it happens.

Questioner: for women , it's compulsory that they put on socks during salat?

Shaikh: I said it and will still keep saying it , it's upon her to put a covering that is not tight-fitted . but as for socks it covers and does not covers, my statement is clear.

Questioner,: which one is the best covering, socks?

Shaikh: if her clothes is very long and covers her legs whether she put on socks or not. And the most concern is that the covering of the legs or any part must not show the shape of the woman. For clothes that's long it covers both the colours and shape, no doubt.

Questioner: but it happens that some people do not know about this , what's is their situation going to be , I mean pertaining the correctness of thier salat.

Shaikh: show me
anyone born with knowledge , people learned it, if they do not learn what will benefit them, then thier salat is nonsense.

" Abba jaan ! Kya nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne aap ko falan falan Bashaarat nahi di "

Tab hz amr bin aas (ra) ne apna chehra saamne kiya aur kaha

" tab ham log (yani Sahaba kiram )....... LA ILAAHA ILLALLAH MUHAMMADUR RASOOLLULLAH ka iqraar sabse Bahtar baaton me Shumar karte they,

Mere uper 3 haalatein guzri hain,

Pahli haalat wah hai jab main nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) se zyada kisi ko bura nahi samjhta tha, aur meri tamanna thi ki main Aap nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) par Qaabu paaun aur aap nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ko Qatl kar dun, Agar main isi haalat me Marr jaata toh Jahannamion mese hota,

Iske baad dusri haalat yah thi jab Allah ne mere dil me Islam ki muhabbat daal di aur Main aap nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki khidmat me haazir hua aur kaha

" Apna haath badhaiye "

Aap nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne apna daayan haath aage kiya toh maine Apna haath Kheench liya..

Aap nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne Irshad farmaya:-" Amr ! Kya baat hai ?"

Maine kaha:-" main Shart karna chaahta hun "

Aap nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne farmaya:-" Kaunsi Shart ?"

Maine kaha:-" mere Gunaahon ki maghfirat ki shart "

Aap nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne Irshad farmaya:-" Aiy amar ! Kya tu nahin jaanta ki Islam Qubool Karna picchle saare Gunaahon ko maaf kar deti hai, aur hajj karna pichle saare gunaahon ko maaf kar deta hai,"

Tab mujhe nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) se itni zyada muhabbat thi ki itni zyada kisi dusre se nahin thi, aur meri nigah me aap nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki itni zayada Shaan thi jo aur kisi ki nahin thi,

Maine aap nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ke Jalaal wa roub ki wajah se aap nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki taraf Aankh bharkar nahin dekha,

Agar main Isi haalat me marr jaata toh ummeed thi ki Jannati hota, lekin Uske baad ham kuch ( duniya dari ke ) kaamon me fas gaye aur Ab main nahin jaanta ki is teesri Haalat me mera anjaam kya hai ??

Isliye jab main Marr jaaun toh mere janaze ke saath koi rone Chillaane wali Aurat na ho na hi ( koi) Aag lekar chale Aur jab tum mujhe dafan karo toh Acchi tarah Qabr par mitti daal Dena aur meri Qabr ke paas itni der tak (dua ke liye ) khade rahna jitni der me Oont zibah karke uska Ghost takseem kiya jaata hai, taaki mere dil ko tasalli rahe Aur mujhe pata chal jaaye ki main Apne rabb ke bheje hue Farishton ko kya jawab deta hoon "
