Ha sir ho sakta h
Bcz sentence me strange word use hua h ....and exclamatory sentence me strange word ko likhne ki need nhi h
Bcz exclamatory mark se wo show ho jata h ....

For example--
How beautiful the taj is !

Yha hum taj ki khoobsurti ko dekh kr shocked h ...

But sentence me aisa koi shocked jaisa word use nhi kiya h ....kyuki wo exclamatory mark se show ho jata h

So bcz of this reason we can eliminate option b and d

Now bacha c
To c me likha h
Are we meeting here
Jo ki question bna raha h

Isliye wrong hoga
Kyuki jo sentence me question diya h usme wo pooch nhi raha h ...ki kya hum yha mil rhe h

So option c is wrong
