Should fitness be considered a high priority prep?
The CDC released a study today indicating 78% of those hospitalized by Covid are overweight or obese. . I myself am (or was) about 20 pound overweight when all this started, but I’ve lost 11 pounds of it over the last few months because of the suspected link between weight and poor outcomes. This has gotten me thinking a lot more about whether physical fitness is a high priority prep, and if it’s one that folks might be ignoring over other things like gadgets and weapons. Do you have a fitness regimen, and if so, is it a prep to you? This pandemic flipped my thinking around in a big way.
