To install it without App Store, here a short guide:

Install Altserver on your PC
Install Altserver on your Phone
(How? Follow the instructions from Altserver)
Install HDO App with Altstore and use it again :)

Reminder: The App does work 7 days, after that you need to resign HDO App again with Altserver (this time via Wifi :))

Install appsync unified & respring
Download the IPA file and use Filza to install the IPA file. Theres no Certificate which expires - no altstore required
