i. payment guidelines: will be made in advance to avoid hit-and-run accidents. shopeepay, dana, ovo, or qris are all acceptable payment methods for every transaction.
ii. estimation of progressing time: following receipt of payment confirmation, we will prepare your order. the duration of the process could range from one hour to 5x24 hours. rush-deadlined orders may be prioritized by paying an extra cost of up to 5k IDR. umbrabilis' working hours start from 8 AM to 8 PM daily; this will be subject to change and will be disclosed with additional prior notice.
iii. the use of pictures: buyers may each submit photos that will be used in the order, but make sure the content is not illegal or paid. (for instance, some weverse content, pickit, bubble, fancafe, etc.)
iv. further alterations: minor modifications may only be made twice. if more than the specified occurs, there will be additional fees.
v. plagiarism and stealing policy: anyone caught violating our policy in terms of stealing and plagiarism will be fined 250k IDR without any further discussion and permanently ban listed.
