The day he was born, ๐ปermes invented the lyre and stole ๐ดpolloโ€™s cattle. So as to appease his older brother after he found out what happened, ๐ปermes offered ๐ดpollo his new invention.
Ever since then, the lyre became one of ๐ดpolloโ€™s most famous attributes, and he its most celebrated master.

๐“œerrรจmia was born one day before her brother ๐ดpollo. Her mother gave birth to her on the island of Ortygia, then, almost immediately after her birth, she helped her mother to cross the straits over to Delos, where she then delivered ๐ดpollo.

This was the beginning of her role as guardian of young children and patron of women in childbirth. Being a goddess of contradictions, she was the protectors of women in labor.

As was her brother, ๐ดpollo, ๐“œerrรจmia was a divinity of healing, but also brought and spread diseases such as leprosy, rabies and even gout.
