The best 31 Chapter will get a mining license. In addition, there is an extra reward, distributed depending on the chapter ranking.

This Chapters missed the deadline: China, France, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, India, Hongkong, Kenya-Gearbox and iop-Cluj

This Chapters will get no mining license for August, but have the chance to get one with the next report.

Next Report deadline is August 31.

In this video, @anfauglith presents the basic principles of finding Byzantine-fault-tolerant consensus algorithms and how they can be improved by using a directed acyclic graph, or DAG.

The DAG idea has been popularized by projects such as IOTA and HEDERA. It's similar to blockchain, but instead of working together to produce a single chain, nodes gossip with each other to produce a web of timestamped messages, all linked through cryptographic hashes.

Hey Fam,

once upon a time, as bad corporations and evil governments were plunging the world into darkness, there was a group of developers who made a promise.

They said they want to develop technologies that will lead humanity into a bright and free future. So they left and locked themselves in a dark basement.

They took enough food and coffee for months. They said they will not leave the basement until they have something to present to the mankind.

Today in the morning we heard the secret knock code at the basement door. We opened the door and the developers stepped out into the light, marked by the exertions, but with a smile on their faces.
