IMPORTANT:
TUHSD is holding a closed to the public Executive Board Meeting/Executive Session TONIGHT, Thursday August 5.

The Governing Board will vote to enter Executive Session pursuant to ARS 38-431.03.A.3 for legal advice with its attorneys regarding its position regarding the district's school safety plan and related issues; and to ARS 38-431.03.A.8 for discussion or consideration of matters relating to school safety operations or school safety plans or programs; and to ARS 38-431.03.A.2 for discussion or consideration of records exempt by law from public inspection

The Board wants to ask Tempe Union lawyers about any legal ramifications for mandating masks, in violation of Governor Ducey and the state legislature's law, and possibly putting schools back online.

Please email Dr. Mendevil and each board member to let them know you oppose any attempt for Tempe Union to break the law and send the message to our kids that it is ok to break laws you don't agree with. And that you want masks to remain optional and school to remain 5 days/week in person.

Do not post this on social media or in the "Keep our kids in School" Facebook page, or any other FB groups, as there are trolls in all of the groups. Share directly with everyone you know who supports parent choice in our schools.
