All praise is to Allah, and may Salaat and Salaam be upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon his household, and his companions, and all those that allegiance to him.

Amma Ba'd:

It has reached me that our beloved Shaykh Abu Abdillah Wahb bin Abdillah Adh-Dhayfaani has passed away.

ูุฅู†ุง ู„ู„ู‡ ูˆุฅู†ุง ุฅู„ูŠู‡ ุฑุงุฌุนูˆู†

Indeed the eyes shed tears and the hearts are saddened, and I'm very saddened at our seperation O my Shaykh, but I will not say except what pleases my lord.

Our Shaykh was from the firm Mashaayikh, the advisers, well known to be from those with positions of men in times of trials, and against the trialled ones, an example in good manners and humbleness, this what I consider of him and Allah is his true reckoner.

I ask Allah to forgive my Shaykh, and to grant patience to his relatives, and I extend my consolations to his relatives, ourselves and all of Ahlussunnah in their loss.

Shaykh Abu Abdillah Wahb bin Abdillah Adh-Dhayfani, may Allah preserve him:

โAsmaa bin Ubaid said:

I heard Yunus bin Ubaid say:

"There isn't anything more valuable than two things:

A good Dirham, and a man that acts upon the Sunnah!".

Reported by Al-Baghawi in Al-Ja'diyaat, and Abu Nu'aym in Al-Hilyah, and Al-Bayhaqi in Az-Zuhd, and Al-Asbahaani in At-Targheeb, and Al-Miziy in At-Tahdheeb, from the route of:

Sa'eed bin 'Aamir, he was informed by Asmaa with this.

I say:

What can one of us say today, I ask Allah for safety and well-being!

Shaykh Abu Abdillah Wahb bin Abdillah Adh-Dhayfani, may Allah preserve him:

โThe Messenger of Allah ๏ทบ didn't used to greet and congratulate his companions with the start of the new year, nor did they used to do this, nor was it done by the notables the Tabi'ees, nor the Imams that are followed Malik and Shaafi'i and Ahmad, nor other Imams that are taken as examples.

So the start of the new Hijri year isn't an Eid, it is only taken as such by those that imitate the Nasaarah, those that celebrate the start of the new Gregorian year.

So it's an innovation, newly introduced, which is obligatory to be avoided, Wallaahul-Musta'aan.

The best of guidance is the guidance of Muhammad ๏ทบ, these are the books of the Sunnah, and the books of Seerah are present infront of us, bring for us a Hadith of a narration, authentic or inauthentic or even fabricated, containing greeting and congratulating with the start of a new year.

You will not be able to find anything, but it's blind following and introducing info the religion.

I ask Allah for safety and well being, let the Muslim know that Allah has legislated for them: Eid-ul-Fitr and Arafah and Eid-ul-Adhaa and the days of Tashreeq, and the weekly Eid: Al-Jumu'ah, and the people of Islam don't have another Eid besides this.

And whoever claims as such has conducted a lie, and introduced into this affair of ours what is not from it, Wallaahul-Musta'aanโž.

โA student of knowledge doesn't become deceived regarding what is said about them.

An utterly valuable narration from the leader of the Believers in Hadith:
Sufyaan Ath-Thawri, may Allah have mercy upon him.

Imam Sufyaan Ath-Thawri, may Allah have mercy upon him, said:

Reported by Ibnl Mubaarak in Az-Zuhd as a narration from Nuaym bin Hammaad (14/2), from the way of Ibnl Mubaarak, reported by: Al-Firyaabi in Siffatu An-Nifaaq (93), and Abu Taahir Al-Mukhalis (1626), and Ad-Diynuuri in Al-Majaalisa (2878), and Abu Taahir As-Salafi in Al-Khaamis wal-Ishreen minal Mashyakha (38/1), Adh-Dhahabi in At-Taareekh (780/13).

And reported by Abdullah bin Ahmed in Zawaaidl Zuhd (2135), from the way of Abu Daud Al-Hafri from Sufyaan.

Shaykh Abu Abdillah Wahb bin Abdillah Adh-Dhayfani, may Allah preserve him:

โFrom what I won't forget in the Fitnah of Abdurrahman then Al-Mishwari the child of Al-Ibaanah, then Ibn Hizaam the boy of Shuruur, how much would did they try to present the picture of the oppressed injured one, rather Abdurrahman made others cry more than once to convince the Mashaayikh that he was being oppressed.

How much would they claim that they are willing to accept advice from those that present it, to supplicate for the people of advice, to descend for the truth, to return from any falsehood which was attributed to them.

Rather every trialled person before them, and after them will say this.

How much did Abul Hassan claim this, and other trialled individuals of every type.

All claim acceptance and being unbiased, and at verification you don't find them except to be stubborn, arrogant, sly, unjust, persistent upon falsehood, filling their followers with blubbering and quivering.

Then their end affair is being exposed.

Because the good end result is for piety, and the schemes of the schemers only blow back on them.โž

Shaykh Abu Abdillah Wahb bin Abdillah Adh-Dhayfani, may Allah preserve him:

โ If Shaykh Muqbil may Allah have mercy upon him turned to the speech of the layfolk:

He would not have spoken on Al-Qardhaawi and called him a barking dog, whilst the people saw him to be a Allaamah and a Mufti!

He would not have spoken on Az-Zindaani, whilst the Yemeni people that time thought him to be a big scholar and an unrivaled Mujaahid!

If he, may Allah have mercy upon him, turned to them:

He would not have spoken about Sufiyyah, he would not have spoken about the Zaidi Madhab; and he would not have considered it to be a Madhab stolen from the worst Madhabs.

If he turned to them, he would not have reanimated the Sunnah of praying in shoes.

If he turned to them, he wouldn't have spoken about Innovation; like the innovation of the Mawlid, and the Innovation of celebrating the Israa and Mi'raaj, and Sha'baaniyyah, celebrating the new Hijri Year, and other affairs which they made celebrations!

If he turned to the layfolk, he would not have warred the bad customs which were spread amongst them: like free-mixing, women leaving the house indecently dressed, looking bad upon other people's lineages, and other affairs which are too many to mention!

The Salafi doesn't fear the blame of the blamers when it comes to Allah, Allah will aid them, and spread their Da'wah, and bless them.

So turn to Allah O Ahlussunnah, and leave this tone:

The people the people the layfolk the layfolk!

The people won't be pleased about us until we permit for them the impermissible affairs and Innovations, and refuge is sought with Allah from doing so!

They want from us to permit for them: television, music, free-mixing, benefits from usury, imitation of the disbelievers, celebrating innovated occasions, demonstrations.

They want someone to permit for them: wearing clothes past the ankles, shaving the beard, women traveling without Mahram, her leaving her house to be in the midst of men in hospital jobs, offices, ministries, and in the street!

The layfolk want you to be like Mahmuud Hasanaat and Amr Khalid and Tariq Suwaydan, and other fools and ignorant individuals, so don't turn to them, and turn to Allah.

After this remember how the Ikhwanul Muflisoon (the muslim brotherhood) and the people of the charity organisations ended up, whilst they strove with great striving to please the people, and the put forth a lot for this, rather they stepped down from affairs from their religion.

And they didn't find except hatred and being forsaken!

Whoever seeks the pleasure of the people by angering Allah, Allah will be angry of them and Allah will make the people angry of them.โž
