The Biden administration on Friday said it would stop selling off materials slated to be used to build a border wall ahead of the incoming Trump administration, which has promised to bring back tougher efforts to combat illegal immigration.

The Biden administration confirmed to a court that it will agree to a court order preventing it from disposing of any further border wall materials over the next 30 days, allowing President-elect Trump to use those materials, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said.

💸The United States is expected to announce that it will send $1.25 billion in military assistance to Ukraine, U.S. officials said Friday, as the Biden administration pushes to get as much aid to Kyiv as possible before leaving office on Jan. 20.

The large package of aid includes a significant amount of munitions, including for the National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile Systems and the HAWK air defense system. It also will provide Stinger missiles and 155 mm- and 105 mm artillery rounds, officials said.

The officials, who said they expect the announcement to be made on Monday, spoke on condition of anonymity to provide details not yet made public.

The new aid comes as Russia has launched a barrage of attacks against Ukraine’s power facilities in recent days, although Ukraine has said it intercepted a significant number of the missiles and drones. Russian and Ukrainian forces are also still in a bitter battle around the Russian border region of Kursk, where Moscow has sent thousands of North Korean troops to help reclaim territory taken by Ukraine.

President-elect Donald Trump is threatening tariffs against a bloc of countries when he assumes office as part of his anticipated effort to reinforce oil and gas production in the U.S.

Trump, in a Truth Social post, said that he told the European Union that if it doesn't begin to import more U.S. oil and gas, it will be faced with tariffs under his upcoming presidency.

"I told the European Union that they must make up their tremendous deficit with the United States by the large scale purchase of our oil and gas," Trump wrote. "Otherwise, it is TARIFFS all the way!!!"

Slovakia will consider reciprocal measures against Ukraine such as halting back-up electricity supplies after Jan. 1 if Kyiv, as expected, stops the transit of Russian gas to Slovakia, Prime Minister Robert Fico said on Friday.

Slovakia has been trying to preserve Russian gas deliveries via Ukraine in 2025 although Kyiv has refused to renew a transit deal with Moscow expiring at the end of the year while they remain at war.

Slovakia says alternative routes would sharply drive up costs and hit its own transit operations, causing it to lose 500 million euros in fees, according to Fico.

In a video message on Facebook on Friday, Fico reiterated his view that the stoppage of gas via Ukraine would hit the EU and its competitiveness.

He cited estimates saying the cost to the bloc could reach 120 billion euros in 2025-2026 from higher prices for not only the gas but electricity production from the fuel.

He laid the blame on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, with whom he has publicly argued in the past week.

The irony here is that the people screaming about Elon and Vivek’s position on H-1B while also whining about ConInc and DeSantis simps have seemingly forgotten that President Trump used to be a democrat. He’s not what most would consider “hard right” and never has been. Perhaps it is they who should’ve supported and voted for DeSantis, considering how well their views align.

What part of UNITY is so hard to wrap your heads around? If what you’re sowing is only division, look within.

Hasn’t America always been the Land of Opportunity? Our immigration system needs to be more efficient. Some say Vivek and Elon need to ‘stay in their lane.’ Why wouldn’t making immigration more efficient be directly in their lane?

They'll try to cause wedges and divisions between Trump and every single member of the unity government that's inbound. Trump vs. Vance, Trump vs Vivek, Trump vs Elon, Trump vs. RFK Jr., Trump vs. Tulsi, Trump vs Kash, Trump vs Bondi, etc.

They hope you're going to be open to bein instantly and easily emotionally manipulated with rhetoric from big accounts that suddenly explode into outrage and demand some member of Trump's unity government instantly be thrown off the team.

You're already seeing it.

Wait.

For.

Trump.

To.

Lead.

Just because some account on here built up a lot street cred with you over the past few years by posting the same stuff the rest of MAGA did does not mean you let them emotionally goad you into rash actions or joining some instant explosive viral push to split MAGA apart.

Be careful who you follow. Pay attention to what your social media influencers are attempting to influence you to do. Your discernment as a Digital Soldier in this 5th Generation Information War should be finely tuned at this point.

Keep your eyes on Trump and follow his lead.

It will become apparent in just a few days which influencers jumped the shark here.

5. Big Tech has targeted conservatives and white men without consequence for decades.

8. The asylum process is totally broken.

The illegal migrant accused of burning a New York City subway rider to death on Sunday has been indicted on murder charges.

Sebastian Zapeta, 33, was indicted on one count of murder in the first degree, three counts of murder in the second degree and one count of arson after a woman was lit on fire and burned to death on a subway train in Brooklyn, New York. The indictment was filed Thursday and will be unsealed at an arraignment hearing Jan. 7.

Zapeta's attorney told the judge he spoke with his client Friday and asked for permission to waive his client's appearance. The judge granted the request.
