Ask your workplace for a copy of their SWMS (safe work method statement) for being vaxxed.
Every workplace has these it’s a legal document required for all businesses.
Once they produce one and they will be shocked you had the smarts to ask for one or even know about it.
There is a section where you can enter a comment etc. even if there isn’t write it on the paperwork somewhere:
What is the vaccine made off? And proof that it will keep me safe and won’t affect me long term?
Make sure you take a photo copy of this once you’ve done that, then return it to your employer.
Once they cannot answer those questions they CANNOT legally get rid of you.
If they do still sack you, you go straight to fair work as well as a lawyer such as McDonald Murholme who do employment cases no win/ no fee and they will have to follow up the fact you asked for SWMS, the SWMS couldn’t provide the information needed and the employer will need to compensate you financially for loss of wages.
Once this starts happening the employers will A) be severely out of pocket and also use a lot of valuable time.
😎 in time they will push back against the governments policies and/or start suing the government for compensation due to their loss of finances for legal costs and losing their reputation
