Methi Thepla ( Gujrati Dish)

Ingredients:✍🏼✍🏼
1cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup Gram flour
2 tablespoon Kasuri methi
1/2cup curd
3-4 tablespoon Olive oil
1/2 tsp Ginger paste
1/2 tsp greene chilli paste
1/4 teaspoon asafoetida power
1/2 table turmeric powder
Salt as per test
Oil for cook Thepla

Method:✍🏼

✍🏼Take a large mixing bowl, put whole wheat flour and Gram flour in it and mix it well with a spoon.

✍🏼Add olive oil in it and mix it well with hands

✍🏼After this add salt, asafoetida, turmeric powder, Ginger and greene chilli paste, Kasuri methi and curd and mix it well with hand.

✍🏼Add a little water to it, knead it and prepare the soft dough

✍🏼Cover this dough with a wet cotton cloth and leave it for half an hour.

✍🏼After half an hour make small balls of this dough and roll the balls very thin with the help of rolling pin.

✍🏼Heat griddle on gas, Put the rolled thepla over it .Apply oil on it and cook it well on both sides.

✍🏼Serve the Thepla with pickle and chutney😊😊
