Being visible to the community will strengthen our capacity to support those in need!
For the past 89 years, the Ethiopian Red Cross Society has been providing emergency assistance in Ethiopia. Throughout these nine decades, the Ethiopian people and government, sister national societies, other non-movement partners, and respectable international organizations was the backbone and primary source of income for our national society.
ERCS- Humanitarian Diplomacy and Communication service believe that being visible to the community will strengthen our capacity to support those in need.
We thus, over the next two weeks, have a campaign to raise our visibility on social media and an aim to grow all our social media platforms.
We extend a call for participation to all of our people living in Ethiopia and around the globe, including the society's employees, volunteers, members, and Red Cross supporters to join our campaign. Please like, follow, repost, subscribe, share, and comment on our social media pages, which are linked at the bottom, and tell everyone about our social media accounts.

ዘመቻ!
የኢትዮጵያ ቀይ መስቀል ማኅበር ላለፉት 89 ዓመታት በኢትዮጵያ ዉስጥ የአስቸኳይ ጊዜ ድጋፍ የሚያስፈልጋቸዉ ወገኖቻችንን ሲረዳ ቆይቷል ዛሬም ድጋፍ በማድረግ ላይ ይገኛል። በነዚህ ዘጠኝ አስርት አመታት ውስጥ የኢትዮጵያ ህዝብና መንግስት፣ እህት ብሄራዊ ማኅበራት፣ ሌሎች የእንቅስቃሴዉ አካል ያልሆኑ አጋር ድርጅቶች እንዲሁም አለም አቀፍ ተቋማት ለማህበራችን የጀርባ አጥንት ከመሆን አልፈዉ ቀዳሚ የገቢ ምንጭ በመሆን ሰብኣዊ ግዴታቸዉን ሲወጡ ቆይተዋል፡፡
በኢቀመማ- የሰብአዊ ዲፕሎማሲ እና ኮሙኒኬሽን አገልግሎት የማህበሩ ስራዎች በተለያዩ ማህበራዊ መገናኛዎች መታየታቸዉ ማህበሩ ለሚያከናዉነዉ ሰብኣዊ ድጋፍ ጉልበት እንደሚሆኑ ያምናል፡፡ ስለዚህ በሚቀጥሉት ሁለት ሳምንታት የማህበራዊ ሚዲያዎቻችንን እይታዎች ለማሳደግ እንዲሁም ሁሉንም የማህበራዊ ሚዲያዎቻችንን ተመልካች ለመጨመር ዘመቻ በማካሄድ ላይ እንገኛለን፡፡
የማህበሩ ሰራተኞች፣ በጎ ፍቃደኞች፣ አባላት፣ የማህበሩ ዓለማ ደጋፊዎች፣ ወጣቶችና በአጣቃላይ በኢትዮጵያ ዉስጥ የምትኖሩ እንዲሁም በመላዉ ዓለም የምትገኙ ወገኖቻችን በሙሉ ዘመቻችንን እንድትቀላቀሉ ጥሪ እናቀርባለን፡፡ እባክዎን ማህበራዊ ድህረ ገፆቻችንን ይውደዱ፣ ይከታተሉ፣ ያጋሩ፣ አስተያየት ይስጡ እንዲሁም ስለ ማህበራዊ ሚዲያ መለያዎቻችን ለሁሉም ይንገሩ። በመጨረሻም የተቸገሩ ወገኖቻችን ጋር መድረስ እንዲነችል አቅም ይሁኑን!
