Position Overview: The Social Media Marketing and Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy and paid advertising campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing, a deep understanding of various social media platforms, and expertise in paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
🟥Social Media Strategy and Management:
🟪Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
🟪Create, curate, and manage content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
🟪Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and engagement with followers.
🟪Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
🟥Paid Advertising Campaigns:
🟪Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
🟪Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform ad strategies.
🟪Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
🟪Adjust strategies and tactics based on performance data to maximize ROI.
🟥Content Creation and Management:
🟪Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging content for social media and ads.
🟪Develop ad copy, graphics, and video content that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
🟪Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely execution of campaigns.
🟥Analytics and Reporting:
🟪Track and measure the success of social media and paid ad campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
🟪Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
🟪Provide insights and recommendations for improving future campaigns based on data analysis.
Requirements:
🔵Knowledge of social media marketing and paid ads.
🔵Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English.
🔵Self-resourceful and results-driven.
🔵Ability to work with minimum supervision and actively share ideas.
🔵Strong organizational skills to maintain project timelines and ensure project completion.
🔵Previous work experience in a similar role is a plus.
🔵Availability to work during American hours, specifically 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
Preferred Qualifications:
🔵Experience with SEO and SEM.
🔵Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
🔵Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
