— Long tap on messages to select them, then long tap on Delete button in header.
— How to save files with original name?
— Download a file, then choose "Save to downloads" in message context menu.
— Why «Keep original filename» was removed from BGram?
— In fact, what was before does not save but assigns the original name to files in cache folder. We had to remove it for stability reasons. Some features, such as theming and bots that download files, require the random names generated by Telegram to work reliably.
— How to enable TOR?
— Open proxy settings and add proxy: server 127.0.0.1, port 9050, then enable TOR and wait. When bootstrapped 100%, TOR will be connected. In case of problems, enable bridges.
NOTE: if you have more then one proxy in list, set proxy switching to manual when using TOR.
#FAQ
— When the next BGram update?
— WHEN IT IS READY.
— When will features from the latest Telegram be added to BGram?
— Telegram features are added to unofficial clients after Telegram PUBLISHES UPDATED SOURCE CODE.
Of course, some third-party developers may add a similar feature without the source code, but that makes no sense because it requires a lot of extra work that needs to be redone after the source code is published.
Believe me, the authors are waiting for this even more than we 🙂
— When will the latest Telegram source code be published?
— Soon (с)
— Is BGram open sourced?
— It is not. Same as all other unofficial clients.
— How can I trust that BGram is safe and secure?
— You decide whether to trust the author or not. BGram is not obfuscated; you can try to decompile it, you can also check outgoing requests using something like Wireshark. We are completely confident that it's as safe as official Telegram client.
