Federally-funded progressive pet projects and wasteful spending alike could be on the way out if Elon Musk succeeds in his quest to improve the administrative state’s efficiency.
Right-of-center policy experts
previously told the Daily Caller News Foundation that they hope Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency will improve federal data collection practices and cut wasteful expenditures.
Musk took to X on Thursday to
express his openness to reeling in federal spending on transgender research and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs.
