Ný saga á hverjum degi í desember fram að jólum í Jóladagatali Samgöngustofu🎄

Um er að ræða 24 skemmtilegar sögur um jólasveinana og ævintýri þeirra í umferðinni. Í sögunum fáum við ekki bara að heyra um jólasveinana 13 heldur kynnumst við einnig öðrum minna þekktum íslenskum jólasveinum ásamt því að læra á umferðina.

Hægt er að lesa eða hlusta á sögurnar, svara einfaldri spurningu og senda inn svarið. Tvö svör eru dregin út daglega fram að jólum og hljóta þau heppnu veglegan endurskinsbakpoka.

Áhöfnin á varðskipinu Þór er nú við eftirlit í lögsögunni. Æfingar skipa stóran sess í störfum áhafnarinnar og á dögunum fór fram reykköfunaræfing um borð í Hringi SH 153 sem var við bryggju í Grundarfjarðarhöfn. Æfingin fór fram á vinnsludekkinu og var með þeim hætti að fjögur teymi voru send inn til reykköfunar og áttu að finna dúkku í rými sem fyllt var af reyk.

Æfing sem þessi er mikilvæg ef áhöfnin þarf að bregðast við eldi um borð í skipi og sérstaklega þýðingarmikið að rifja upp réttu handtökin reglulega.
