#TheWeeknd and #DaftPunk are being sued by a singer and songwriter named Yasminah. She says the track she co-wrote and released in 2009 called “Hoya” is the blueprint for The Weeknd’s “Starboy” track.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Yasminah claims the track has the same hook, same key and a lot of similarities. Here’s the thing, Yasminah says two of her producers previously threatened to take legal action over the song but it never made it to court because they settled it. However, Yasminah says she never got paid and is suing The Weeknd and Daft Punk for $5 million.

In a new interview with The Sun, Ariana Onfroy says she believes her brother’s death was an inside job. “There’s somebody on the inside that knew where he was going to be and the exact time he was leaving for the murderers to know when to come and to do what they did. It definitely was set up.” She also talks about how xxxtentacion never made a big announcement that he was going to get a bike or anything.

Tyga Announces Two New Singles Dropping Today

Tyga is coming back with force.

Tyga's comeback is in full effect. If you liked what you heard with "Taste" and "Swish," you'll be looking forward today because T-Raw is dropping two more songs to keep the people hyped.

Earlier this year, the California rapper released Kyoto, which was the first step in reclaiming his spot. After splitting up with Kylie Jenner, his stock dropped a little bit and although he may claim to have had a major role in her success as a makeup mogul, Kardashian fans would have to disagree. After dropping his previous two efforts, "Swish" and "Taste," as well as featuring on Iggy Azalea's Survive the Summer standout "Kream," Tyga is ready to step back into the spotlight. His next move is the release of two brand new singles today.

The artist made the announcement on Instagram, sharing the cover art for each song.

Michael Boatwright, one of the four men charged in the murder of #xxxtentacion, is claiming prosecutors won’t hand over key evidence.
According to The Blast, Boatwright’s attorney submitted a motion accusing prosecutors of not providing any information. Boatwright wants police reports, witness lists, arrest warrants and all type of information that would help him defend himself in the murder case.

Cardi B Exposed By "Ex-Roommate": Herpes, Goons, Violent Jealousy & Betrayal

This tea is hotter than the coffee Cardi B threw on her former friend.

A woman known as Starmarie claims to have known Cardi B when she "didn't have sh*t." The former friend helped "downtrodden" Cardi get a job at the same strip club she was hustling at the time. The pair also moved in together. What started as two women helping each other out ended with violence and betrayal.

Things turned sour once Cardi B's income and popularity at the strip club increased. The more clout she got, the nastier her attitude became, according to the former friend.

"She started to get volatile. She started to get indignant. The more we be hanging, the more molly she be taking. The more cocaine she taking."

"I started having so many enemies because of her....I held her down to the fullest."

The friends fell out because of the rap star's jealousy. A generous patron at the strip club made it rain on Marie and Cardi was displeased.

"Our beef started because of some fat dude with money...I guess he had a crush on her and he threw 1000 dollars on me and I guess she got mad or whatever."

After their shift, Cardi urged her friend to tag along to her planned date with "the guy." Although he was supposed to get with Cardi that night, her scent turned him off.

"He said she smelled like fish and didn't want to touch her so he started gearing towards me."

Ultimately, Cardi B kicked her out of the apartment because of jealousy.
