Vaccinated individuals without natural immunity have absolutely no justification to demand that people with natural immunity (from prior infection) must take the vaccine.

In fact, their insistence that everyone must take the vaccine, because they have taken it, seems cult-like.

Yes. Absolutely. Both shots.

Why? Because immunity to covid is not guaranteed after infection. Those who have had covid are twice as likely to catch it again than those who are vaccinated. Natural immunity is a myth. 🧵

We are survivors of the virus. We are at least 100 million in the United States.

According to multiple studies, we are less likely to contract (and spread) the virus than those who were never infected but are now vaccinated.

Leave us be. Be gone with your unscientific mandates.

this hasn’t happened yet, so instead of talking about what the virus and vaccines might one day be able to do, why not talk about what the shot can do today if your goal is to convince people to take it?

Unfortunately, Covid may mutate and re-infect you longer than your natural immunity can survive.

Fortunately, mRNA Vaccine science is so fucking good, we can create vaccines/boosters that protect long after natural immunity has lapsed. #GetVaccinated

A rational person would weigh the risks of “taking it” versus the risks of “not taking it,” when considering whether to take a COVID vaccine (or any treatment for that matter).

The data show those risks vary significantly based on age and gender.

My bill, HR 3860, prohibits federal funds from being used to force a member of the Armed Forces to receive the novel COVID vaccine. In addition, it protects any servicemembers from punishment should they decline a vaccination.
