2. World isnt complicated we make it complicated.
3. Everyone can change without any exceptions.
4. Before an effect there is always a cause ( everything works on cause and effect ).
5. The concept of aetiology ( the study of causations ) and Teleology ( The study of the purpose of a given phenomenon rather than it's cause ).
6. Trauma doesnt exist.

because we judge "being unhappy " to be good for us.

15. People always choose not to change since they believe the way they are now is easy way to do things.

for this one - assume personalities = lifestyle = your pov towards world
" In adlerian psychology we describe personality and disposition with the word "lifestyle "

16. Lifestyle is the tendencies of thought and action in life.
it could be defined as personalities.

17. lifestyle = your pov towards world how you see them is the thought of something you choose for yourself.

18. we build up our own personalities at the age of 10 depending upon the circumstances ( unconsciously ) and at some point of our life we make it our lifesyle or the the point of view of seeing things the world even
Which can be changed any time.

19. lifestyle isnt something you are naturally born with but something you choose for yourself ,then it must be possible to choose it over again.

20. People can change at any time regardless of the environment they are in but mostly we chose not to.

21. changing your lifestyle is scary change is scary since you dont know the possibilities or the effect it may cause in your future or how it will change you as a person.

22. Our unhappiness cant be blamed on our past or on our environment.
We just lack courage
"The courage to be happy".

23. People make excuses to avoid criticism.
24. People make excuses so they dont have to change .
25. We love to live in the realm of possibilities and delusion.
26. One will have to change.
Last but not the least and my fav one.
27. No matter what has occurred in your life up to this point it should have no bearing at all ( dont let it grow on you ) on how you live from now on.

now question arises how trauma doesnt exist ( it is not a general statement varies ) but according to adlerian psychology you wanted to do the things you were doing so you looked back into your past and gave your past experiences a specific meaning and blamed your past experiences for your current ...
