Rustem Umerov:
From now on, returning to service after voluntary abandonment of the unit (SZCh) is available in Army+.
A new service has been launched in the Army+ application, which allows you to create a digital report and report your desire to return to service.
✅ The process is as simple as possible and takes only 5 minutes.
After submitting the report, a clear mechanism is launched that regulates all stages of the refund - from processing documents to resuming payments.
✅ Each stage is accompanied by a notification in the application with an explanation of further actions.
🔹The Main Directorate of the Military Law Enforcement Service (MLS) receives and confirms the data in the report. The serviceman has 24 hours to arrive at the MLS department of his choice. There, they will prepare documents, issue a prescription, and help him safely get to one of the 17 military units from the approved list.
🔹 The commander of one of these military units has 72 hours to restore financial support and social guarantees.
🔹 After returning, the serviceman will be able to transfer to another unit if necessary - you can also submit a report on changing your place of service through Army+.
We understand how important support and motivation is for every soldier. This service is designed to provide a clear and transparent path to recovery.
A motivated army is our path to victory!
