Crypto industry is all about knowing the right people🥇
Maintaining work friendships is a choice I make every day. Friendship is something we expect to be simple and easy. However, like anything worth having, though, friendships take effort — oftentimes largely invisible effort. In my professional career, I believe that effort is worth it.
In order to build these relationships, i had to sacrifice 7 years of my personal life and travel all over the world, conducting over 170 flights (flights were usually 20+ hours minimum from Australia 🇦🇺 ) and spend weeks and months, living at places like USA, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Montenegro, China and over 30 other locations and visit over 1000+ events including Golf games, Surfing tours 😂 etc to build these friendships and make them strong.
And guess what ? Now these relationships are the key to my business operations. Due to these relationships, i was able to invite over 285 partners into our Sidus Project as an example and get their full support!
If you build anything in the web3 space , spend a substantial effort to travel around the world and use time wisely with people you want to work with.
Please note: Once off conference meetings is not an option to build long term relationships.
Love you all
