Fluoride Facts
So how can you remove Flouride from the water? There are three main cheap ways:
1. Distillation
Pros:
-Distillers are cheap
-Water is very pure
Cons:
-Produces slowly & low water yield
-high power requirement
2. Reverse osmosis filter
Pros:
-leaves some good minerals behind
-produces high water yield quickly
Cons:
-expensive
3. Letting water sit for ~24 hrs in glass container to allow F & Cl to dissipate into the air
Pros:
-free
Cons:
-slow
-need big glass containers
-water tastes stale
Some other more expensive alternatives include deionized water & RODI filtration.
Do not fall for the scam of bottled water.... many companies do not purify the water as much as you'd like & literally all of them leave significant amounts of microplastics in the water.
If you are still not sold on the dangers of Fluoride ... you may be interested to know (((who))) banned it for use in their water !
