I understand we're entering strange times but no it is not a deep fake, besides the fact he uploaded this hinself on his own channel, the coherence and frame continuity of the shadows his fist cast on his face and the reflections and caustics his glasses create in the light are too on point for a some meme render.
Internet schizophrenia has some advantages in some contexts but is really only ever tolerable when it is also racist and paranoid, this sort of libertarian cringe schizophrenia is so irritating and insufferable, retards like this are going to be calling everything their little fake gay world can't handle a deepfake now.
