Chae Yi-Hun (

Heo Jae (
Lee Sung-Min) is the chairman of the Financial Services Commission. He is an ambitious man. He experienced the Korean Financial Crisis in 1997. At that time, he became disillusioned with the powerless Korean financial infrastructure. His objective is to improve the country's financial infrastructure at any cost.
