Be a good and virtuous man always - care for your family, as well as your body.

No one wants to be the child of an unkempt, fat guy who wears marvel graphic tees at 42.

No one wants to be the child who can't have fun with his father when he's 60 because beer and football on the television was more important in his youth than exercise and discipline.

No one wants to be the dad who embodies this failure of a modern man - so do the opposite and spit on the grave of mediocrity as you leave it in the past.

Secure an Existence

All the work we put in, isn't just so we can post physique and oppressive memes. The real goal of all this is to raise the next generations to be stronger and better prepared to ride the tiger than what we were handed.

If you're not actively trying to better yourself, looking for a worthy mate, and having enough children to fit in a small bus, then it's all for show.

You must secure an Existence


There was a time when the average American man was something special. Always ready for a challenge, never one to take the easy way out.

Now the average American man is nothing more but a vapid consumer, addicted to sugar, antidepressants, and hard-core porn.

Sadly this bleeds into our gyms and has created an entire subculture of whiney gym rats that will never progess beyond doing light cardio 4 times a week. So many excuses not to lift, mainly boiling down to its too hard.

This is why it's so important to not take shortcuts, or try and take the easy way out. Any moment of weakness brings you down to their level. Stay strong Kings.


Failure will never overtake us if we have the resolve of our ancestors.

Hard work is the only way to get where you want to be. It's plastered on my hardhat as a reminder every time I put it on. Hard work and daily dicipline will set you free.


You owe it to yourself to continually improve every day. Don't let wageslaving keep you from your goals. Keep a mindset to outperform everyone around you, and take ownership of everything that comes your way.


When you step outside your comfort zone, you force your mind to expand. That's where excuses run and hide and that's where we shine.


Are you slacking off right now, or staying diciplined? It's real easy to just give in and be weak just this once, but that's not why we're here. We're eating cleaner, getting stronger, faster, and smarter. Get back to work!

Don't outsource your life.

Living in a culture of specialties and individualism has over time narrowed our vision and made modern man less comfortable in new frontiers. My Grandfather was a master carpenter, but he could also repair his tractor and truck, keep a working garden and care for livestock. A giant, strong man with hands like boulders.

Look at yourself modern man! Are you keeping up your vehicle maintenance, or bringing to a mechanic? Can you do your own home repairs, or hiring a stranger to come into your home? Buying all of your food at the store? All of those luxuries could be gone in the blink of an eye.

It's time to start today to do things for yourself. Have the broad adventurous sight of your ancestors and teach your children to do the same.

There is no reason to ever stop lifting short of a horrible life changing injury. I initially started lifting because of a back injury that nothing else helped. Stronger core and no more back pain. I've had 3 other injuries, knee, hand, and elbow (none from lifting). Through all of it I've found a way to lift something and recover quickly. Alot of it's mental, don't let an injury get the best of you.


Rest days are revoked, go lift something!
