🇺🇦Ukraine is taking "unconventional measures" to prevent an energy crisis this winter, the New York Times reports.
“They are bringing an entire aging Lithuanian power plant to Ukraine to salvage parts for the damaged grid; leasing floating power plants from Turkey; and even requesting a UN presence at critical substations in hopes of deterring Russian attacks,” the newspaper reports.
