Duncan: "Will people who refuse to take the Covid-19 vaccine be banned from travelling internationally or be on the end of tax penalties?"

Jacinda: "No, no, no."

Duncan: 'Will you in this country have sanctions against people who aren't vaccinated against Covid?"

Jacinda: "We haven't done that."

Duncan: "No penalties if you don't?"

Jacinda: "I see no reason to do that."
