This request was from the defendants New York Daily News and Tribune Publishing.

The motion was denied without prejudice and the judge has said that they may file a motion to request summary judgement after sufficient discovery

Of all of these, having twitter on as a defendant may be the biggest hurdle. We’ll see how the judge treats this and if they receive immunity under Section 230.

In the admin’s humble opinion, this goes above and beyond 230 immunity, especially if the allegations made by the plaintiff are accurate (specifically the special treatment from Twitter re Exoo)

Of the newly added plaintiffs, Sean Michael David Scott was first targeted by Puget Sound Antifa. This shows that AntiFashGordon’s influence is far and wide, and that he can and did command the type of collective action intended to injure the targets
