- Fermented raw milk in cupboard for few days to a week or leave it out covered with cloth to clabber overnight
- Strain the curds from the whey using cheese cloth
- leave it to hang for a couple of hours or so depending on how moist you want the cottage cheese
- eat the cottage cheese with raw honey
