Q: I can't see the Wallet/Book Your Card section. Why is that?A: We launched a beta release for a small group of users to ensure the best experience. If you were among those selected, you would have been automatically redirected to the wallet menu after starting the bot. If this didn't happen, don't worry — it means you were not part of this initial group. Stay tuned for the public launch coming very soon!
Q: What were the conditions to receive beta access?A: We chose a small, random group of the most active users from the top of the leaderboard who were also on the waitlist.
Q: I have completed KYC. When will I receive my card?A: For those who have booked their card, we will begin providing access to the KOLO crypto card starting in October.
Q: What if my country isn't listed in the phone verification section?A: This is a beta feature for verification and is currently not mandatory. We will be adding all countries soon.
Q: I was banned during the KYC process. What happened?A: This happened because you were using a VPN. All affected users will be unbanned soon. We kindly ask all users who actively using a VPN to refrain from completing KYC. (Don't worry; your $KOLO remains safe!)
Q: I'm having trouble scrolling or clicking buttons during the KYC process. What should I do?A: We are aware of this issue and are actively working on a solution. You can also try - zoom in, and you'll be able to scroll the page. Once you've reached the desired section, zoom out.
