Please read carefully once. We have launched a new version of KYC dashboard. Most of the queries asked are answered categorically. Thanks for all the support! You guys are fantastic 😊
Knowledge Base:
1. Use Chrome Browser ONLY. We are working on enabling all functionalities with Firefox on priority.
2. If you are trying to upload a copy of bill (image format) but check box doesn’t appear ON, then probably you are not using Chrome browser or the file size is greater than 3 MB. Earlier this was limited to 1 MB but increased to 3 MB on multiple requests.
3. If you have completed all the formalities and all the 4 checkboxes are on, please go to your Dashboard (
https://earn.sparkster.me/token-sale.html ) and collect Wallet address from there. If you are already landed to this page earlier, please refresh the browser once.
4. In case your KYC status shows – In Review, then please wait. Manual Review takes time to update the status back. Once we approve manually, you should receive an automated notification email.
5. In case the process was completed successfully, we suggest you refreshing your browser after EACH task completion in case you don’t see check box ON. Sometimes status takes time to changing back because of delay in receiving to our system.
6. In case you have done your KYC, but check box neither shows ON nor the text changes to ‘In Review’, then please contact Shabeer - shabeer.kirmani@sparkster.me . He’ll respond your queries. Please do not contact anyone if the status says – In Review. You’ll receive an automated email when this is reviewed by the reviewer.
7. A very few of you experienced receiving different wallet address at different time – we apologies for this! We found a tricky issue and got sorted out. Please re-verify the address from your dashboard. In case you have made the transaction to the address (to the published wallet address from Sparkster ONLY) allocated to you at first time, then please DM me. We can change the previous wallet address to your profile.
8. We have introduced an option in your dashboard – Contact Support. Please fill in the info in case you have any technical challenges ONLY to ensure everyone gets the response faster relevance to tech issues. Please note – we may not be able to answer any business or other queries raised from this box.
