ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐔𝐑𝐄
𝓘nsecure or insecurity means an act of emotion if we judge ourselves to be inferior to others. My own personal opinion states that insecurity is defined as a feeling of insecurity that everyone may feel in his life. Feelings of insecurity or insecurity can occur when you feel inadequate, ashamed, guilty, even to the point of not being able to do something. Another consequence that will result from this insecurity is that a person can become afraid to interact with other people.
Insecurities can occur at any time, whether you feel you are not as good at work as others. They will bring up "am I going to be accepted in this environment? what if I'm not welcome here" and all the other negative thoughts. They will judge themselves low and not confident. In fact, humans are created as social beings who are never separated from socialization, because interaction with other humans is important in everyday life.
One way to overcome insecurity is to 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳. Fighting negative thoughts that arise is not an easy thing to do, especially after you make a mistake. Anxiety about the bad things that could happen makes you keep blaming yourself.
