the mainnet is live, now it needs 15% of stake (~150 million eos) to vote to become fully functional. try to remember block producer candidates that made something useful and cast your vote.
the only officially endorsed tool is cleos, which is a command-line application. there are a lot of great wallets and voting portals created by the community. i tried voting with a wallet created by greymass and it worked fine. if you are looking something like metamask, scatter could be the thing.
