People make it out to be an impossible task, building a network and gaining the trust of local folks. I sound like a degenerate beast and look like every police sketch of a Rapist, ever. Yet somehow, after two years, everyone stfu when I speak at a town hall meeting, or in front of the city council, or at a school district meeting. I have made it a point to get on a first name basis with the mayor, and the fags at city hall. Not blowing my own brass instrument here, just saying that if I can do it, anyone can, if you can manipulate what locals think of you, which is easy as fuck. If you stand up at a city council meeting and say, 'I am a National Socialist, who enjoys esoteric Hitlerism', no one is gonna stand up and say 'Based af!' This is long form stuff here. We are dealing with a horde of civilized normies, treat them as such, but never miss an opportunity to spread some revolution, even in small doses.
