Affiliate Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and sales of FortuneJack’s Affiliate Program. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will lead our affiliate marketing strategy, optimize our casino offering, and ensure partner engagement and success.
Responsibilities: New Affiliate Onboarding:- Efficiently integrate new affiliates into the program.
- Ensure a smooth and clear introduction process.
- Provide affiliates with necessary resources and guidelines.
Monitoring Affiliate Networks:- Regularly check listing positions, geo-location, and content.
- Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to brand guidelines.
- Address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Daily Communication with Affiliates:- Maintain ongoing communication with existing affiliate partners.
- Provide updates, feedback, and support as needed.
- Foster strong, productive relationships with affiliate networks.
Monitoring and Reporting Affiliate Results:- Track and analyze the performance of both new and existing affiliates.
- Generate regular reports detailing affiliate results.
- Use data to inform strategy adjustments and improvements.
Payments, Checkouts, and Price Management:- Oversee the payment process for affiliates.
- Manage and adjust pricing structures as necessary.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurate and timely.
Competitor Affiliate Program Analysis:- Periodically review competitor affiliate programs and offers.
- Analyze competitors' strategies for insights and potential improvements.
- Keep abreast of market trends to stay competitive.
- Lead the development and implementation of our affiliate marketing strategy,
Other: - working closely with the Manager to define objectives and drive sales and traffic growth.
- Plan, build, and scale the affiliate program to optimize our casino offering, identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships.
- Own and maintain the technical tracking infrastructure, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Continually refine partner marketing processes, procedures, metrics, and tools to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the gaming industry, leveraging this knowledge to drive marketing strategies and initiatives.
Essential Skills and Experience:- Experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, or Affiliate Marketing.
- Previous experience in online media buying will be an advantage.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in handling and analyzing data, including familiarity with tools like Excel
