Many English learners make mistakes when using 'others', 'the other' or 'another'. You'd better learn how to use them correctly not to find yourself making the same mistake over and over again.

1. "Others" is the plural form of "other" and is used to refer to additional people or things. For example, "Some people like coffee, while others prefer tea."

2. "Another" is used as a determiner before a singular countable noun to refer to one more person or thing. For example, "I need another pen."
