Currently it is around 10M, compared to previously used Coingecko value of 18.5M.

🔥 RSR marketcap is actually 50% smaller.

I wish I could spend more time with you all actually – we've been very busy!

The process of finalizing our app and the real-world infrastructure for providing liquidity in Venezuela is still underway. As you may have seen on our Twitter we've been studying the cash exchange mechanisms on the border to Colombia as a part of this.

We've also been putting operational work into improving how on- and off-ramping for RSD will work. The contract is all ready and we are pursuing opportunities to make it an easier to use product. We're also working on laying the groundwork so that the transition from RSD to RSV can be smooth, rather than confusing.

And then in addition, we're pursuing a number of strategic opportunities for Reserve that are the kinds of things others don't want us to talk about until they are set in stone. I don't mean to prompt speculation here – it's just that sometimes it's hard to explain how we can be so busy and yet there isn't anything visible showing up at some point in time. As things mature, we may have more we can share!

- Yep. Merchants like it because most of them have bank accounts in the US that they use to store their money already. We allow them to convert Reserve stablecoins into USD that is sent to their American bank accont, so that means it's like customers can walk in and pay by depositing USD into their foreign account, which is so much better than being paid in Bolivars.

- The other one we have the most concrete plans for is Angola. We have partnered with the largest cell phone importer there to get our wallet software onto all of the phones they sell. In Angola, 50% of people have "dumb phones" so it's important to get the software on at the time of manufacture.

- Reserve is a decentralized stablecoin. We are aiming to produce a cryptocurrency that is stable, scalable, and censorship resistent. We think it's pretty hard to achieve all three of these at the same time. We use a basket of collateral tokens, which are each asset-backed, in order to accomplish this.

- Reserve has two tokens – the Reserve token (RSV), and the Reserve Rights token (RSR). RSR was just listed for public trading on Huobi Global. It's also been purchased in past presales by many crypto funds and silicon valley investors, most famously Peter Thiel.

- Venezuela is our first target. We are launching an Android app there that allows people to trade out of Boliars into s stablecoin on their phone. The Bolivar goes down an average of 10% PER DAY against the US dollar at this point. The situation is fucked. It’s the worst instance of hyperinflation in the world right now, which is a big part of what Reserve is aiming to fix.
