Usual drill - unvaxxed, aged and pasture raised- it don’t get any better
For all future lamb orders please also know you get the option of cutting the roasts ie the legs and shoulders in halves as well:
Your packs are 24kg to 30kg and $400 paid in cash on pick up:
Whole lamb
16 x lamb cutlets (4 x 4 packs)
16 x loin chops (4 x 4 packs)
8 x chump chops (2 x 4 packs)
2 x mince packs
2 x packs of lamb ribs
2 x legs of lamb
2 x shoulders of lamb
2 x packs of neck chops
4 x Shanks (2 x 2 packs)
Option to halve roasts.
