🇺🇸🇮🇷 The U.S. and Iran have formalized a 14-point memorandum of understanding, mandating a multi-front ceasefire, the lifting of the U.S. naval blockade, and a framework for USD 300 bn in economic rehabilitation for Iran. The agreement requires a final treaty within 60 days, during which Tehran will maintain its nuclear status quo while the U.S. issues waivers for Iranian oil exports and unfreezes restricted assets.
1. Iran and the United States, together with their allies in the current war, declare upon signing this memorandum of understanding an immediate and permanent end to the war on all fronts, including Lebanon, and undertake not to initiate any hostile action against each other from now on, nor to threaten or use force against each other.
